Art Deco diamond and Onyx bar brooch 18k white gold circa 1920s

Suitable for both ladies and gents, this rare antique brooch features a centre milgrain bezel set round cut 0.10ct diamond with interestingly arranged and unusual shaped black onyx stones.

The brooch typifies the Art Deco period with its stepped finish. The ends are finished with polished bands and open cut cocktail glass shaped detail. To the reverse side, the pin secures neatly into a push and pull type Clasp known as a Trombone clasp.

The piece is offered in clean condition with some light surface wear to the gold consistent with its vintage. Diamond sparkles nicely and the pin and catch are in good order.
