Per the outlet, Sandera's death certificate listed cardiac arrhythmia as the primary cause of death and coronary artery disease as a contributing factor. The update comes after Eastwood confirmed Sandera's loss in a statement, calling her "a lovely, caring woman" who he will miss "very much."
