Hard to choose between the chocolate peanut butter fat bombs or these. Both are delicious, this one requires more ingredients and time but definitely worth it. Please Google Fat Bombs it you’re interested in what they are. Way too much information for me to explain properly.

I doubled the original recipe
Base
10 oz cream cheese softened
4 oz melted butter
2 tablespoons Swerve (sugar substitute)
2 teaspoons vanilla
1/2 cup melted coconut oil
Topping
1 cup of melted coconut oil
2 teaspoons cocoa powder
4 teaspoons Swerve
In a medium bowl mix cream cheese and butter. I microwaved them for 1 minute to soften them up before mixing. Add vanilla, Swerve, and coconut oil, mix until smooth. Pour mixture into silicone molds 3/4 full, I sprayed mine first with a little coconut oil. Place in freezer for 20 minutes. Mix the topping ingredients with a whisk. Pour ingredients over the base, freeze 4 hours or overnight. I store mine in the refrigerator.
