Today we are going to see New Year special Thali which we included dry fish recipes, chicken curry, Egg fry, Bagara rice, Chaaru, Gobi 65, Curd rice and Gulab Jamun.

Ingredients:
For Fish Fry
1.75kg Rava Fish
2.5 tbsp Coriander powder
2.5 tbsp Chilli powder
½ tsp Turmeric
Salt
Pinch hing(optional)
½ Cup Tamarind pulp
1/3 Cup water
¼ cup coriander chopped
Coat well
Rest at-least 2 hours
4 Tbsp oil
Fry marinated fish on low flame to crisp and golden
For Chicken Masala:
• 3 tbsp oil
• 2 inch Cinnamon
• 4 cloves
• 1 tbsp cumin
• 4 Cardamom
• 1 Bay leaf
• ¼ cup Cashews
• 200gm Onion Sliced
• 3 tbsp Black pepper
• Salt
• Add water & Grind to smooth paste
• 125ml Oil
• 1 tsp Cumin
• 2 sprigs Curry Leaves
• 2.5 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
• 3 slit Green Chillies
• ½ Turmeric
• 1 tbsp Roasted Cumin powder
• 2 tbsp Coriander Powder
• 2.5 tbsp Chilli powder
• Salt
• 4 Tomatoes paste
• 750gm Chicken
• ½ Cup Capsicum Chopped
• 1 tsp Garam masala
• 2 tbsp Butter
• 1 tbsp Chilli chopped
• 2 tbsp Coriander chopped
• Cook 2-3 mins
For Egg Fry
• ¼ cup Dry Coconut
• 1 tsp Black pepper
• 1 Star anise
• 1 tbsp Coriander
• Inch Cinnamon
• 3 Cardamom
• 3 Cloves
• 1 tsp Poppy Seeds
• 3 tbsp oil
• 4 garlic chopped
• 1 tsp Ginger chopped
• 1 sprig Curry leaves
• 2 Chilli chopped
• 2 Onions chopped
• Salt
• ¼ tsp Turmeric
• 1 tsp Chilli powder
• 2 tbsp coriander
• 6 Boiled eggs
• 2 tbsp Coriander
