Hello Everyone,
Today I am going to make Sabich sandwich. It was made by a Iraqi jew man whose name was Sabich, who settled down in Israel.
Hope everyone likes it, the same way my family did.
*Ingredients :
Eggplant 1
Potatoes 2
Salt
Oil for fry
Pita bread
Boiled egg
► Malfouf Salad
2 tbsp fresh lemon juiced
2 tbsp olive oil
2 clove garlic, minced
¼ tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
finely chopped mint
► Israeli Salad
2 mini cucumbers, diced
2 medium tomatoes,diced
1 small onion, finely diced
1 small bunch of parsley, finely minced
salt & pepper
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 Tbsp lemon juice
