The Future of Work 2025: Dr. Bridget Burns, CEO of the University Innovation Alliance, calls higher education institutions "talent activators." But, she adds, with technology changing the way we work, higher education needs to better connect students to careers. She says that working closer with employers on the skills that they want in the workforce today and tomorrow will better prepare students for the workforce.
