The UN SDG Action Awards are looking for initiatives that inspire, mobilize and connect people to drive action towards a more sustainable future on a healthy planet. This year we are also looking for individuals changemakers that inspire and empower others through their actions.

Through an open application process, we are calling upon individuals and organizations across the globe to share these stories of transformation. Applications will be reviewed against clear criteria measuring the impact, the transformative nature of the approach and the replicability or potential for scale, with winners being selected by a panel of prominent judges.

Finalists and winners will be celebrated at a special event held in Bonn, Germany during the UN General Assembly and the Global Week to #Act4SDGs in September 2022, and showcased on UN SDG Action Campaign platforms throughout the year.
