🐟 Ingredients
1 sea bass (~450g), scaled and gutted
2 stalks of lemongrass, bruised
Coriander leaves for garnish

🧉Sauce
1 bulb of garlic, minced
4 bird's eye chili, chopped
2 coriander stalks, chopped
2 limes, squeezed
1 tbsp fish sauce
1½ tbsp sugar
½ cup chicken broth

Sharp Healsio Instructions
Steam High: Turn the knob to 17, and set for 16 minutes
Water level: 2 (max)
Food tray position: Upper

1️⃣ Prepare the ingredients and sauce.
2️⃣ Stuff the bruised lemongrass into the fish cavity.
3️⃣ Steam the fish using the Sharp Healsio instructions. Alternatively, steam it for 11 minutes over boiling water.
4️⃣ Pour out the fish juice, pour the sauce over, garnish with coriander leaves and serve!
