Owner and winemaker John Hemmant shows his new disgorging machine which enables him to disgorge his English Sparkling wine made in the Great British Classic method. Both his Horatio and Red Kite are made in this way. In addition he will be making his Skylark in this method from 2019. This machine has reduced the time taken to disgorge these wines by a significant amount much to the delight of his wife Bridget.
