Welcome back to another vlog and the Half Marathon
The aim for my first half marathon was to beat my previous PB from a training run of 1:54 and run sub 1:50. But in training I worked on holding the pace for a sub 1:45 time. The plan was to then to keep the pacing group in my sight the whole way round and the final 5k pick up the pace and go for that sub 1:45 time.
