Both Fast Tracking and Crashing are concepts of project management to do schedule compression. In fast tracking we make sequential activities at critical path in parallel. It may increase risk factor and rework because we overlook dependencies between activities.
In crashing the resources are increased which eventually increased the cost of a project. Due to which Crashing is expensive
