With a Brazilian voice actor letting slip that he's working on a new full Splinter Cell game, the question now becomes: How will Ubisoft put it together?

They've made nothing but open-world games save for Rainbow Six: Siege, Mario & Rabbids and For Honor for years now. Which parts of the experience could be "monetised"? Would Spies vs. Mercs return? Does Sam get access to vehicles? It's all up for debate.
