This Fully Automatic Waste Tire Cutting Machine is used to cut waste truck tires and bus tires into rubber chips at the size of below 80mm×30mm, and the sizes of the waste rubber chips are adjustable.

6. The rubber chips quality is much better than that was produced from shredder in size consistency and cutting edges. The rubber chips made by this machine are with sharp edges which will be easier for the next process of further size reduction on waste tire rasper, or waste tires breaker mill, or waster rubber cracker mill.
7. It is very friendly to the feeding system of cement factory, or power plant if the rubber chips are used as TDF because of their consistent size and sharp edges.
