Steven Johnstone, based in Cape Town, South Africa, is a prominent real estate trainer and team leader with eXp Realty. Initially running a corporate training business, he shifted to real estate training after meeting Tom Gay and adopting Brian Buffini’s methods, eventually creating South Africa’s largest real estate training company. Joining eXp Realty in 2021, despite initial concerns, he quickly grew a team of nearly 800 agents within three years. Johnstone has also organized the Build Africa conference and chaired eXp’s Global Agent Advisory Council, crediting his success to his risk-taking, belief in eXp’s model, and adaptability.
