As far I go in my DHS training cycle as more I like it, but not because it’s easy, oh no, it’s definitely not.
To do well in DHS you need all your endurance from KB Biathlon experience and all your strength from the Long Cycle exercises.
DHS is fun when kettlebells are light, but as heavier the kettlebells as tougher it gets.
I’m looking forward to start my preparation with 2 x 24kgs, and now I know, it will be a challenge 💪
