So, after making the video for making tortillas without a press, I went on amazon and bought myself a little gift.
I was a bit nervous at how this press would perform, because it came by mail from an unknown manufacturer. But, man oh man, after a few uses I am already in love with it! It is super heavy which makes the process so easy. I need very little pressure in order to get a nice 1mm tortilla.
I've used many tortilla presses in my life, and In this video I want to show you some of the secrets I've learned about using this tool skillfully as well as the process of making the dough and making sure your tortillas puff up like professional Abuela 😍
