Long term 7 month/4000 plus mile review of my SunRace MS8 11-spd 11-42 wide-range cassette. I converted my bike to a 1x system 7 months ago and was on a really tight budget. One of the basic inexpensive components I chose was this SunRace 11 speed wide range cassette. I had heard decent reviews and suggestions for these cassettes, so I thought I'd give one a try. I honestly thought the cassette would be the weak link in the drivetrain, but long term, I've been pleasantly surprised!
I've also included some weight comparisons with the Sram PG-1130 and Shimano XT CS-M8000.
