The Director-General of the World Health Organization, Margaret Chan, met with Brazil's President Dilma Rousseff in the capital Brasilia to discuss the fight against the Zika virus. Brazil is at the center of Zika outbreak with 1.5 million people infected. Authorities have also recorded a spike in babies born with microcephaly, which experts believe is linked to the virus.
