1 pack of ox tails (roughly 6-9 ox tails)
4 sliced ginger
Salt
4-5 whole tomatoes
3-4 diced potatoes
3-4 celery sliced sticks
Dash of ketchup
Dash of worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons sugar
