Prices on the versatile MPA40BT are very affordable especially if you find a good second hand unit.
Battery replacement is easy and they use less expensive types compared to the MPA 100 and 200 models, around $20-$25 for a new one.
It comes with a fairly weak mic system the ULM 100, so maybe use a standard handheld mic with an XVIVE U3 , or handheld mic and cable.
Also has 2 x Combo inputs, RCA and Bluetooth. The Pro model has wheels and extendable handle.
This one is about 5 years old seen plenty of abuse and works well and still sounds good.
