SEBI replied to NSE's request for IPO approval. A little background to the NSE IPO approval case: NSE asked SEBI to lift its IPO block in a Delhi HC affidavit. In 2019, SEBI banned NSE from the market for 6 months. SEBI noted problems with NSE's tech and governance in July 2022. NSE was told to fix these before IPO approval.
