Bahan - bahan :
- 1/2 kg ayam
- 3 siung bawang putih
- 3 siung bawang merah
- 1 Sdm ketumbar
- 1/2 ruas kunyit
- 1/2 ruas jahe
- 1 Sdm minyak
- 1 Sdm garam
- 1/2 Sdm penyedap
- 4 tetes cuka
- 1 butir putih telur
- 4 sendok makan air
- 2 Sdm tepung beras

(setelah di marinasi, simpan di suhu ruang selama 30 menit)
