Focaccia is a very forgiving bread. It is so easy and simple to make and you can always top with your favourite toppings. Eat it plain, or cut sides to serve as sandwich.

280g High protein flour (Bread flour)
70g All purpose flour
70g sourdough starter
7g salt
250g water
10g olive oil
Toppings
cherry tomatoes
bell peppers/jalapeno
garlics
rosemary
sea salt
