Ingredients:
Mutton Keema
1. 1 finely chopped onion
2. 1 tablespoon ginger paste
3. 1 table spoon garlic paste
4. 1 tea spoon haldi
5. 1 teaspoon chat masala
6. 1 teaspoon garam masala
7. 1/2 cup finely chopped coriander
8. 5 green chili
9. 1/4 cup finely chopped Mint leaves
10. 1/2 lemon
11. 1 lb of mutton keema
12. 1 tablespoon of Ghee
13. Add salt to taste
Main chicken
1. 1 finely chopped onion
2. 1 finely chopped tomato
3. 1 tbspoon garlic paste
4. 1 tbsp ginger paste
5. 1 teaspoon cumin powder
6. 1 teaspoon coriander powder
7. 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
8. 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
9. 1 teaspoon garam masala powder
10. 5 chillis
11. salt to taste
12. 2 tbspoon ghee
13. 10 almonds
14. 15-20 cashews
15. 3 tbspoon poppy seeds
16. 2 tbspoon whisk yogurt
17. 2 hard boiled eggs
18. Saffron milk
19. Kewra water
20. 1 fried onion
21. Cooked mutton keema
22. whole spices
1. 1 dried chilli
2. 4 cloves
3. 2 cardamom
4. 1 nd half bay leaves
5. 1 cinnamon stick
