**Sensing that Pochita is arriving towards their location, the Aging Devil offers the nearby Public Safety members - Fumiko inclued - a contract; give Aging Devil access to their bodies to be used as weapons and they'll be saved from Pochita's attacks. They eagerly agree, and the Aging Devil first sacrifices their nails to cleave Pochita in half. Seeing the Public Safety members writhe in pain, Aging admits their method of attack is ugly, but they are determined to be devoured at any cost. Fumiko tries to rally her fellow colleagues by stating how at this rate, The Prophecy will come true due to the current shenanigans of the Chainsaw Man Church, but by using Pochita to "evolve" humanity they can ensure the Age of Devils never comes. Standing up, she begs the Aging Devil to continue their attack.
The Aging Devil prepares another swipe, but Pochita regenerates almost immediately, as Denji is busy feasting himself on the offal from the tree people in Aging's realm. The Aging Devil responds by sacrificing Fumiko's liver, decapitating the Chainsaw Devil and causing her to vomit out blood. Denji revs his ripcord and Pochita's head comes right back to his body. The Aging Devil attacks again - this time by sacrificing the eyes of an unnamed Public Safety member, decapitating the Chainsaw Devil once more as he approaches the group. However, instead of regenerating, Pochita uses his head to dig at his own chest, extracting his heart to which he then hurls straight towards the Aging Devil's open chest.
