Christmas Ice cream bombe Jamie Oliver

Great desert you can make few days before and freeze it. IMPORTANT -at the end of the video I said to put prepared bombe to the fridge -I meant FREEZER. The dessert is made out of ice cream so make sure it is kept in the freezer;)The cake I used was panettone, I was calling it panton for fun factor.

ingredients:
1 litre good-quality vanilla ice cream
1 kg panettone
125 ml vin santo-I used cherry liquor
3 heaped tablespoons raspberry jam- I used cherry jam
25 g shelled pistachios (optional- no used)
75 g tinned sour cherries, drained
40 g glacé clementines (or other glacé fruit), thinly sliced
2 clementines,peeled and sliced into rounds
200 g good-quality dark chocolate (70% cocoa solids), bashed up
