We’ve helped the Care Inspectorate, a scrutiny body which supports improvement to social care in Scotland, build a new application for handling complaints. To do this, we took a customer-centric approach that puts customers at the heart of the complaints-handling process. Here Stuart MacKenzie, Regulatory development and Quality manager at Care Inspectorate, talks about the problems they were facing and how our team helped them transform.
