Hey, guys! As fans of all things Scandinavian, we surely hope that Love & Anarchy will find its audience to secure a Season 2 renewal from Netflix. Released in November 2020, the romantic comedy-drama series Love & Anarchy became the second Netflix Original series produced in the Swedish language after Quicksand. A labor of love from acclaimed Swedish screenwriter and director Lisa Langseth, Love & Anarchy was created by the same team that worked on Quicksand. Shortly after its release, the refreshing Scandi rom-com has an IMDb approval rating of 7.5 out of 10 and mostly positive reviews. Viewers loved the provocative but laid-back look at Max and Sophie’s budding romance as the stakes got higher with each new dare they came up with for each other. The on-screen chemistry between Björn Mosten and Ida Engvoll is undeniable. We also LOVED the showcase of minimalistic and chic Scandinavian design in the living and office spaces, as well as Sofie wearing such iconic modern Scandinavian brands as ACNE, Ganni and ATP Atelier.
