UPDATE FIX:
So I finally found the fix. Locate the small hole at the upper back of the Harrow G808 Gamepad. Use any slender steel or pin to press it for about 5 seconds. This I think will reset the device, make sure the bluetooth receiver is plugged in to your PC when doing this.

ISSUE:
I don't know the problem of this wireless gamepad! Initially, its working fine but after just 5 days, it's unusable and the red lights just keep blinking. PC still detects it as Xbox controller but it won't function even in calibration. I did everything: recharged, tried on other port and even other computer but still useless. . . Unfortunately, I accidentally lose the receipt so I couldn't avail of replacement/warranty & even repair. It sucks!
