(18 Mar 2018) Communist Party presidential candidate Pavel Grudinin on Sunday called the Russian presidential election "unfair".
He was speaking in Moscow as results from more than half of precincts showed President Vladimir Putin winning over 75 percent of the vote.
Grudinin and ultranationalist Vladimir Zhirinovsky trailed far behind with about 13 and 6 percent, respectively.
