The East Lancashire Railway's "Spring" Steam Gala. Plenty of wind,snow,and steam, but unfortunately, not alot of visitors were prepared to take the chance on travelling to the first day of the event after the attrocious weather conditions the day before. However, congratulations must go to the railway and volunteers for carrying on and putting a great, if reduced, service on.
