In this video I tried Ethiopian food for the first time, which I was able to find at the Blue Nile restaurant in Birmingham.

Ethiopian food has literally been calling my name. No seriously, there's a dish called 'Shiro'. You don't believe me? Look it up! Injera is every man's dream dish but better coz you don't have to get up for more as it's all served in one dish.
