With its bead blast 3.6 inch double-edged blade forged from AUS-8 high carbon stainless steel, the SCHOTF6 presents a fine edge, spear point knife whose blade is poised to leap into action the moment you need it.
Razor sharp and well suited for tactical operations, this every day carry travels light and compact weighing only 6.2 ounces with a closed length of 5.5 inches.
To rapidly deploy the blade, slide the safety lock to the open position—notice the red dot... then nudge the finger actuator on the spine-side of the handle forward. The spring assist immediately launches the blade out of the sturdy black aluminum handle.
Pierce with the spear point... Cut and slice effectively with both upward and downward strokes made possible by the double edge. Finger fitting contours in the handle's underside, in combination with black insert bubbled overlays, offer your hand a firm grip under a variety of conditions.
Retracting the blade is easy: being mindful of the sharp upper edge of the blade, press the release lever. Then with your thumb, pull the finger actuator back until an audible click signals the blade is fully secure. Return the safety to the locked position.
A durable, heavy duty pocket clip keeps the SCHOTF6 in place and at the ready. A glass breaker at the base of the handle extends the knife's capabilities.
