The Almirante Cochrane is the newest Tech-Tree Tier 6 Chilean (Pan-American) Light Cruiser. It has 8x 152mm guns. This is a highlight from Twitch, and as you may have noticed, and therefore, sarcasm is used in this highlight. :)
