Here’s my 5 minute morning mobility routine which I do most mornings… as long as I haven’t overslept and am running late 😂 because y’know, no ones perfect and everyone is human.
- 30 seconds active full body twists
- 30 seconds horizontal and vertical arm swings
- 1 min downdog to wide foot lunge
- 1 min compression squat to fold
- 1 min hip hinge to knee-to-chest
- 1 min diagonal side body stretch
Do it in your bathroom whilst the shower heats up. Do it in the kitchen whilst the kettle boils. Do it at your office desk to attract some raised eyebrows from co-workers, your choice 😅
