How Institutional Uses Create a Sense of Community | Clearwater County 78
Hello everyone and welcome back to Clearwater County! We’re making our way back to Johnson’s Creek where Chue Vang has been busy selling land to institutional users. Institutional Uses are uses such as schools, churches, government offices, community organizations, and non-profits. These types of uses generally at as gathering places for the community, provide a vital service to the community, and/or help residents that are going through hardships. And generally, these organizations help to give a community it's character.
In today’s episode, we’re going to build many of these uses, attempting to build them to scale, with reasonable parking for uses that would be significant community draws. In addition, we’ll attempt to make a zoned residential district look as custom as a plopped one.
