PC Version only! Regular DS2 and Scholar of the first sin both work.
How it works:
1: Attune spell you want more casts of
Then, warp to a bonfire but while it's doing that, do this:
2: mouse cursor must be in an area that is on one of your bonfires in the bonfire select screen so, depending on how many you have, that area is big or small
3: left click, then right click. A "back" option will appear, click that
4: Go to attune spells and put your cursor on the spell you want the number of casts from ( in this case, soul arrow )
5: right before the load screen appears, click on that spell ( soul arrow in the video ), if you do it last moment before the warp, the number of casts on your lightning spear ( or any other spell) will change to 30 ( or more with Licia's hood or so ) but the spell will not be changed.
From then on, it will stay like that until you quit game :)
You can do it with all your spells.
