After missing a 61-yard field goal just over 1 minute earlier, Castillo came through on the final play of the game to give Winnipeg a stunning 28-27 win vs. Montreal, which clinched 1st place in the West Division for the Blue Bombers in the final game of the regular season. The Alouettes, who had long ago clinched 1st place in the East, finished the season with a record of 12-5-1 and will host the East Final on November 9th vs. either Toronto or Ottawa.
