The anime convention Otakon and it's Non-profit Organization Otakorp is in danger of closing forever due to the fact that they were forced to cancel their 2020 convention. They're still planning to hold their 2021 convention this August, and they need $250,000 in order to continue surviving. Here's my video explaining why from a perspective of a cosplaying hall photographer.
To paraphrase Tom Clancy's The Division 2 "If Otakon falls, the Anime Convention Scene will fall with it"
If 2,500 people donate $100 dollars in the next one to two weeks, the crisis will be over almost immediately.
