Tajrish Bazaar is located in the north of Tehran, in the neighborhood of Tajrish and Shemiranat, and it has direct access to Tajrish Square and Tehran Metro (Tajrish station). The traditional market of Tajrish actually connects the two old neighborhoods of Sarpol and Tajrish, and this market also reaches the entrance of Imamzadeh Saleh on one side and on the other side to Takye Bazaar, which has an interesting architecture and is very historical.
Tajrish bazaar has almost 400 shops or stalls, and the name of each of these stalls is written on a turquoise colored tile above the shop in a beautiful script. As we get closer to the evening during the day and night, or even during the holidays and especially before the New Year, Tehran's Tajrish market becomes very lively and crowded, so that there is no place to throw a needle!
The life of this market is more than 100 years, i.e. a century, and it has survived for many years with the same hardworking people.

Where is the Tajrish market? This market is located in Tajrish Square, Tehran. You can also reach the market from the side of Qam Passage. Imamzadeh Saleh and Hosseiniehs around the market are also a sign of proximity to the old market of Tajrish. How to go to Tajrish market? The address of Tajrish market is really straight and there are different ways to go there. You can go to the market by car, metro, bus and taxi. To use a taxi, you can take taxis from Tajrish Square or Quds Square from most parts of Tehran. You can also use the Tajrish market map. There is also the Tajrish-Kahrizak metro line to go to the market. Just take the metro and get off at Tajrish station. To reach the street level, you have to take 4 sets of escalators. This station is one of the deepest metro stations. Once you reach the street, you will find the market easily. To use BRT buses, you need to take the railway bus line - Tajrish. This line continues from the end of South Valiasr to Tajrish Square. Resalat-Quds bus line is also a good choice to reach the market. To go to the market by using a private car, you have to get to Quds Square or Tajrish from anywhere in your city. Of course, we suggest you use public transportation. This area is not a good place to park a car due to the high density of people and cars that are passing by. Of course, this issue is better for your own comfort
