Vy realizes that she can't be with her husband Chad because Melvin PZ9 put shock bracelets on them. They can't be close to one another or else they'll get shocked and become defeated! So they split up and go on missions ot find out who is the POD and who is Unknown! Daniel and Chad get captured though by Melvin and his hacker friends. Regina and Vy go on the roof to lower Vy down with a rope on top of the mysterious POD. She wants to reveal who it is. Face Reveal? Is it a girl? A boy? A long lost ex-girlfriend or ex-boyfriend? It's time to seek the truth! A shocking discovery is made!
Chad finds himself amongst the evil Project Zorgo organization, still captured by his ex-best friend, Melvin PZ9. But they aren't in any place welcoming or familiar, they find themselves in the middle of Las Vegas' scorching desert! PZ9 has Chad captive, and wants to take him along, just for clout! It turns out that Melvin has been dragging Chad along to witness the new power of Project Zorgo. Along with a few more hackers, Melvin has a reckless plan to find something in the desert, all for the Big Boss/Unknown/the Pods nefarious plans to increase Project Zorgo's strength over the Spy Ninjas. Will PZ9 force Chad into joining him? What is the fate of the other Spy Ninjas? What could Unknown be looking for in the hot, fiery desert?
Vy is left alone with the Pod and it speaks to her again! Vy must find out what this Pod wants, and why it and Melvin PZ9 put the shock bracelets on Vy and Chad to separate them! Hackers show up to ruin the day, but luckily Regina jumps in to save Vy and they both escape the warehouse they're in! They make it to the park, fight some hackers, and encounter a fan that bought fake Spy Ninja tour tickets! Who's selling Spy Ninja tickets!? Agent Peters...Vy and Regina find Agent Peters and must convince him to stop selling their tickets and scamming their fans. Peters eventually reveals he knows how to remove the shock bracelets. Will Regina and Vy figure out how to take the bracelets off and save the Spy Ninjas!?
