The occupied Ukrainian city of Kherson was plunged into darkness on Sunday. Russian-appointed authorities say power has been partially restored. They blame Ukrainian missle strikes for the outage. Ukrainian forces are highly focused on reclaiming the Kherson region, which was illegally annexed by Russia in September. FRANCE 24's correspondent in Kyiv, Ukraine, Gulliver Cragg, tells us more.
