Kyaddondo East MP Robert Kyagulanyi and other positions members think the President and government at large need to put up measures on how to help people survive and not starve of hunger during this lockdown.
On Monday, the President declared total national lockdown with a curfew starting from Tuesday 31st March 2020 as one of the measures to limit the spread of COVID19.
