1. Melt 125 grams of margarine or butter in a pot.
2. Add 1.5 cups of flour and roast until its aroma is released, stirring constantly. Avoid changing the color of the flour.
3. Reduce the heat and gradually add 1 liter of milk while stirring continuously to prevent lumps. Blend for a smoother consistency, if necessary.
4. Whisk continuously until the mixture thickens and starts to boil.
5. Add 1.5 cups of sugar and stir for 2-3 minutes until the sugar dissolves.
6. Add 1 packet of vanilla and mix well before turning off the heat. Then, add 50 grams of slivered pistachios and mix.
7. Sprinkle shredded coconut on the base of a small square dish and pour the mixture over it. If you need a larger dish, repeat the coconut layer and transfer the pudding by flipping it over.
8. Allow it to cool at room temperature, then cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
9. The next day, loosen the edges with a knife, invert it onto a cutting board, and cut into small cubes.
10. Roll each cube in shredded coconut to coat all sides. Your dessert is ready to serve!
