Step1: go into CustomGames and select any game mode
Step2: go into competitive and put specialist draft enabled then put it to 4 minutes.
Step3: start the game and ban any weapon.
Step4: hover over any specialist and have your friend invite you.
Step5: once you joined tell your friend go into arena.
Step6: Press triangle or y then hover over Head Gear.
Step7: tell your friend back out and into public match.
Step8: you wanna back out of head gear and go over to blackjack.
Step9: tell your friend go into Custom Games.
Step10: simply select which one u want and then tell your friend to kick you.
Step11: now start the game up and u should have it stick.
