Over 50s Beginners LOW IMPACT Full Body Hiit Cardio Weights NO REPEAT Workout
Welcome to my 20 minute over 50s no repeat hiit workout. In todays full body workout we have a mix of weights and low impact cardio exercises.
This over 50s workout will have 1 round to 20 exercises we will spend 40 seconds on each exercise followed by a 20 seconds rest. There will be exercises demonstrations as we go along.
This beginners hiit workout will also include a warm up with a full body cool down stretch.
