Baked Kota Kachori
I always try to make healthier versions as much I can do. Of famous and favorite recipes so ,This is a healthier version of famous Rajasthani special Kota kachori I have shared baked version of Moong Dal Kachori also on my channel you can check that and other chats recipes too.
For Dough (for 15 To 18 kachoris as per size
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 cup refined flour
Salt as per taste
5 tbsp oil or ghee
Water to make medium stiff dough
For stuffing:
I cup white gram (Urad Dal )
Soaked in water for for atleast 2 hours
4 to 5 tb so gram flour
2 so Coriander seeds coarsely pounded
1 tbsp black pepper
1 tbsp fennel seeds
1 tsp hing ( Asafetida powder)
Chili powder, cumin , salt , Garam masala and dry mango powder
Some resins and cashews
