The ATF released their new and improved eForm system which now also includes the eForm for the Form 4.
The Form 4 or “Application for Tax Paid Transfer and Registration of Firearm” is a form for handling the registration and transfer of NFA items. You would submit an ATF Form 4, when purchasing an already made NFA item like a silencer, SBR, SBS or AOW.
The Silencer Shop team has partnered closely with the ATF to further simplify the eForm process by adding their Full Auto tool, which automates most of said process.
The ATF has provided an estimate of 90 days for the eForm approval.
