Welcome! I'm Angelica Bautista, a multimedia visual artist from The Bronx. I've been participating in art events for years, I unfortunately needed ankle and spine surgery in 2022-2023 (recovery has been long and rough, I still have some challenging days but that didn't stop me from creating!) -- this crazy switch in my life has made me want to document more of my journey as an artist and share it with you guys! Throwing myself back into the art scene and doing events back to back was INSANE but so much fun, I had the chance to reconnect with old art friends, make new art friends, sold some of my art, I even got complimentary tickets to The Other Art Fair and then something unexpected happened... I was invited to speak about my art and recent events with Rhina Valentin at BronxNet OPEN (full episode available on BronxNet's YouTube Channel).
