When you have a single central atoms (like the metal cobalt) and then you have THREE each of TWO different ligands, you are reorganizing an MA3B3 complex.
There are only TWO distinct isomers: One is called "fac", in which three of the ligands connect to make a single FACE of the octahedron, and the other is called "mer".
